Un deuxième affichage en une journée ! Woo !
Here the sunglass case I finally finished (the embroidery alone took 50 minutes).
Voici l'étui à lunettes de soleil cadeau (la broderie seule a pris 50 minutes).
Her name is Brigitte (obviously...). I think she'll like it (hoping she is not reading this post - oops). The bias tape was sewn by machine first but the case was so thick that I had to sew the inside by hand. I have not pressed it yet that is why it looks wonky on the bottom part... It is lined with yellow gingham, very cute. I used this tutorial from Embroidery library.
C'est pour Brigitte (évidemment). Je crois qu'elle va aimer ça (en espérant qu'elle ne lit pas cet article - oups...) J'ai cousu le biais à la machine à l'extérieur mais l'étui était tellement épais que j'ai dû finir à la main à l'éintérieur. Il n'est pas encore pressé, c'est pourquoi il a l'air croche en bas. Je l'ai doublé avec du carreauté jaune et blanc. J'ai utilisé ce tutoriel de Embroidery Library.
I will make another one for Nancy, very similar.
Je vais en faire un autre pour Nancy, très semblable.
